Graduates of the State University of Land Use Planning have the opportunity to obtain a Diploma Supplement in English.
The Diploma Supplement (DS) is an internationally recognized document designed to facilitate the recognition of national higher education qualifications across different countries.
The DS is issued in English and includes:
The awarded qualification
An overview of the Russian education system
Academic performance records
Study workload in ECTS credits (European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System)
The DS serves as an equivalent of academic transcript.
First copy: 5,000 RUB
Additional copies: 700 RUB per copy
Payment methods:
Cash at the University’s cash office
Bank transfer to the University’s account
Complete and print the Application Form
Attach the following documents:
Copy of your diploma & its supplement (in Russian)
Filled-out service contract draft
Submit your application

Processing time
30 working days from the date of payment confirmation
For bank transfers, the payment date is the day funds are credited to the University’s account
Graduates: Must present an ID upon collection.
Authorized representatives: Must provide a power of attorney and their ID.
A service acceptance certificate must be signed upon receipt.
